WHAT TO DO WHEN JUDGMENT IS ON EARTH #2

What To Do When There Is Judgment In The Land
Part Two

Isaiah 65:8, Thus says the Lord, “As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one says, ‘Do not destroy it, for a blessing is in it.’ So will I do for My servants’ sake, that I may not destroy them all.”

During the three feast seasons in Israel there is a harvest time. At Passover (Passover, Unleavened Bread and First Fruit) is the barley harvest, Pentecost is the wheat harvest and at the fall feast of Tabernacles (Feast of Trumpets, Yom Kippur, Tabernacles) it is the grape harvest. This is the final harvest and other things are harvested at this time, but I want to focus on the grape cluster for this truth. Wine is also a symbol of the Holy Spirit.

These three feasts are known as Shalosh R’galim. Regel means foot, im at the end makes it plural. This is the season they were required to take their feet and travel to Jerusalem to give an offering for their harvest. That way they would never forget that it was God who made them prosper. Shalosh Regalim means three times and is also found in Numbers 22:28 when the donkey asked Balaam why he hit her three times.

Grapes are not picked individually, but in a cluster. When you look at the cluster you will see some that are too ripe, some that are too small and some that are just right. The cluster is not judged by the individual grapes, but by the cluster. They are used together to make “new wine”. When an apple or orange are picked, they are judged good or bad individually. Judgment is a harvest word, some are judged good and some are judged bad.

A computer cluster is a group of linked computers, working together closely so that in many respects they form a single computer. Cluster is a word for a family of things connected together such as cancer cluster, cells, stars, etc.

Each man is judged individually by God’s standards, but there is also a harvest season, a fulfillment when a nation is judged. But during times of judgment on the land, it is never God’s will that the harvest of sin due to the wicked should come on the righteous. Psalm 91:7-8 promises that “A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thy eye shall you behold and see the reward of the wicked.”

When believers come together to minister, there is a corporate or “cluster” anointing that results in considerable supernatural power to destroy the works of the enemy kingdom. One person may have an anointing to heal, but multiply the number and you multiply the anointing. Each individual of the 70 disciples was anointed, but Jesus sent them out two by two for more glory of God. Agreement multiplies power, that is why the husband and wife have such power when they are in unity. I don’t think that God is as concerned about individual ministry as much as He is concerned about Body ministry.

Derek Prince gives the ratio illustration of one righteous person protecting one thousand in his book Shaping His Story Through Prayer and Fasting[1]. He gives an example of the size of Sodom according to history as being no less than ten thousand. God assured Abraham that ten righteous persons could by their very presence preserve a city of at least ten thousand. Derek Prince states “The same ratio of “one among a thousand” is given in Job 33:23 and in Ecclesiastes 7:28, and both these passages suggest that the “one” is a person of outstanding righteousness, while all the remainder fall below God’s standards.”

He gives some wonderful teaching in that book on how the believer is to be “salt” while on this earth as a preservative. “The process of corruption was already at work before the meat was salted. Salting did not abolish the corruption, but it held it in check for the duration of the voyage, so that the sailors could continue to eat the meat long after it would otherwise have become inedible.” The mystery of lawlessness spoken about in 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 is already at work in this earth, it is already in the process of corruption, but the church is supposed to be the salt, the restraining power, which holds back the full and final evil time of the Antichrist. I believe that as we get together in unity, we can hold back some of the judgment coming to this nation because of the lawlessness and wicked harvest of sin.

We live in South Texas, the Gulf Coast area, and have weathered many hurricane challenges. Some the Lord showed me that could be stopped and some could be lessened. I saw first hand from 2005-2008 that some hurricanes could not be stopped but we could lessen the damage through prayer.

Pastor James Goll wrote in his article on www.elijahlist.com March 2004, “A fresh understanding of covenant relationships and community will be birthed as this generation arises out of self-centered individualistic ministry and seeks the common good of the Body of Christ. Divine Alliances will be formed resulting in greater progress being accomplished. The fresh work of the Holy Spirit will occur as the “cluster anointing” comes to pass.”

Cindy Jacobs wrote, “One grape does not contain enough wine to have much affect on anybody. But when many grapes contribute to the wine, then there is enough to make a big impact. Spiritually, when a cluster anointing exists, it causes you to dream bigger dreams than you can dream by yourself, It enables you to be part of accomplishing something for God that is larger than anything you could do alone.”

Psalm 133:1, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! (2) It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments.”

God does not think like we think. What pleases Him is unity. I remember when Kenneth E. Hagin had a prophetic word for the years. When he got to the year 2006 he had no words to describe it, the glory of it was so wonderful. I remember so many of us wondering what it was, and when the year passed we said “what happened, where was the glory?” That was the Azusa Street 100 year celebration, when the leaders of all the charismatic, Pentecostal denomination got together in unity. My, how that must have pleased God! Dr. Billye Brim speaks of how tears fell down her cheeks as she experienced the unity. That is when she understood what Dr. Hagin had seen for 2006.

The Lord instructed me in August not to take communion for myself any more, but for the cluster. This is where we will begin next lesson.
